About Catharine Arnston:

Catharine Arnston is an expert in algae nutrition, a wellness thought leader, and the Founder & CEO of EnergyBits – the makers behind the small but mighty algae tablets.

Catharine started ENERGYbits after her sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. She immediately sprang into action to help her sister find foods to support her journey when she discovered algae.
