Avocado Shake | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 2

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1/3 cup (80ml) frozen, chopped, blanched kale (lacinato or curly)

1/4 cup (60ml) fresh mint leaves

1/2 frozen avocado

2 pitted dates (for a lower sugar alternative replace with 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener)

1/4 cup ice cubes

1-2 scoops (10-20g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides

1 cup (250ml) fortified non-dairy milk

Directions

1) Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. For an extra special treat, top with a dollop of coconut whip and sprinkle of cocoa nibs.
