Baked Cauliflower Steaks | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 4

TOTAL TIME: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

1 tbsp (15ml) fress-pressed extra virgin olive oil

pinch garlic powder

pinch smoked paprika (omit for AIP)

2 tbsp (30ml) grated parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for AIP)

Directions

1) Slice cauliflower into 1-inch thick slices cross-wise.

2) In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with garlic powder and paprika.

3) Preheat oven or air-fryer to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower steaks onto the baking sheet and brush with the olive oil marinade.

4) Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and fork tender.
