Coconut Blueberry Smoothie | BoneCoach™ Recipes
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup cold water
1 pitted date (or 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener)
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup avocado chunks (fresh/frozen)
10-20g hydrolyzed collagen powder
1) Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
