Creamy Arctic Char | Gluten-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes
COOKING TIME: 10 minutes
2x4oz arctic char fillets (or wild salmon)
1 tsp (5ml) avocado oil
1/2 tsp (2ml) sea salt
pinch black pepper (optional)
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp (15ml) fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream or coconut cream
1) Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add in the oil and fish. Season with salt and pepper. Sear for 3 minutes.
2) Flip over and add in the garlic, dill and cream. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. Remove lid, and cook for another minute to reduce the sauce. Carefully transfer onto a plate and enjoy immediately!
