Creamy Cucumber Dressing | GF, DF | BoneCoach™ Recipes


TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes


1/2 cucumber

1/2 cup (125ml) coconut cream

2 garlic cloves, pressed

1 tbsp (15ml) fresh-pressed extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice

1/2 tsp (2ml) salt

1 tsp (5ml) dried dill (or 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill)

1 tsp (5ml) onion powder


1) Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour over your favorite bowl of salad greens or use in wraps and sandwiches!
