Creamy Herbaceous Avocado Dip | BoneCoach™ Recipes
SERVES: 4
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 large (2 small) perfectly ripe avocado (Hass variety is preferable)
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
1/2 cup assortment of fresh herbs (scallions, oregano, basil, parsley, cilantro, mint)
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp sea salt

Red pepper flakes (Not to be consumed on Paleo AIP)
Directions
1) Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
