Then our Frozen Mango Delight recipe will hit the spot!

Requiring just three ingredients, our Frozen Mango Delight dessert is bright, refreshing, and light – the perfect end to any lunch or dinner.

It also just so happens to be high in bone-boosting protein; vitamins A, C, K, and folate; and, minerals like potassium and magnesium just to name a few.

Frozen Mango Delight | BoneCoach™ Recipes


TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes


1 cup (250 ml) frozen mango (Ataulfo varieties are the best!)

4-5 ice cubes

2 tbsp (10 g) collagen powder

1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut milk or other non-dairy milk of choice if Paleo or Paleo AIP (organic, grass-fed, sheep, goat, camel, or cow milk could also be used if tolerated)


1) In a high powered blender, combine all the ingredients together. Blend on high for 1 minute until the texture reaches a smooth consistency. Serve as is or garnish with toasted unsweetened shredded coconut, nuts or seeds.
