Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon | BoneCoach™ Recipes
SERVES: 2
TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes
Ingredients
8oz (226g) wild-caught salmon fillet
2 tsp (10ml) fresh pressed extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp (2ml) garlic powder
1/2 tsp (2 ml) sea salt
pinch freshly cracked black pepper (omit for Paleo AIP)
2 thin lemon slices, halved
Directions
1) Preheat oven or air-fryer to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon fillet, skin side down on top of the prepared tray. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Lay the lemon slices on top.
2) Bake for 10-12 minutes, until no longer pink inside and the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Enjoy with a side of vegetables!
