We put a creative spin on traditional salsa and added bright, bone-supporting ingredients to make our Mango Avocado Salsa.
Sweet, tangy, and fresh, our version is extremely versatile and can be served many ways. Our favorite way is on top of almost ANY wholesome source of protein! We especially love it with organic pork, organic grass-fed steak, and wild-caught fish.
Plus, thanks to the mango, avocado, and bell pepper, this salsa is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C, vitamin K, and magnesium, all of which are important for building and maintaining strong bones.

Mango Avocado Salsa | GF, DF | BoneCoach™ Recipes
SERVES: 4
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 mango, diced
1/2 sweet red bell pepper, diced (omit for Paleo AIP)
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1 avocado, diced
2 tbsp (30ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp (30ml) cilantro, roughly chopped
1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt
Directions
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Serve with barbecued chicken, grilled pork chops, grass-fed steak, pan-seared fish, or tacos!
