Our knock-off of the famous Orange Julius smoothie is sure to hit the spot. Plus, it’s secretly packed with bone-building protein and is a fantastic source of fiber, folate, vitamin C, and vitamin K.

Try this guilt-free tropical treat as a light breakfast, snack, or even dessert!

Orange Julius Smoothie | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 1

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 large naval orange, peeled, quartered and frozen

4-5 frozen cauliflower florets

1 scoop (13 g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides

1/2 tsp (2 ml) pure vanilla extract (omit if Paleo AIP)

1/2 cup (125 ml) non-dairy milk of choice if Paleo or Paleo AIP (organic, grass-fed, sheep, goat, camel, or cow milk could also be used if tolerated)

Directions

1) In a high powered blender, combine all the ingredients together. Blend on high for 1 minute until the texture reaches a smooth consistency.
