Plus, it’s fast and easy to whip together! Try it as a nourishing breakfast or snack.
Pineapple Cucumber Smoothie | GF, DF | BoneCoach™ Recipes
SERVES: 1
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced cucumber, skin on
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup frozen organic chopped kale
10-20g scoop hydrolyzed collagen powder
1/2 cup unsweetened fortified coconut beverage*
Ingredient Notes
*For SCD replace with 6 soaked cashews and 1/2 water
Directions
1) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
