Strawberry Sunshine Smoothie | GF, DF | BoneCoach™ Recipes
SERVES: 1
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1/3 cup (80ml) frozen chopped kale (lacinato/dino or curly)
1/2 cup (125ml) frozen organic strawberries (whole or sliced)
1/2 naval orange, peeled
1 tbsp (15ml) sprouted almond butter (substitute for coconut manna/coconut butter if paleo AIP)
1-2 scoops (10-20g) collagen peptides
1 cup (250ml) fortified unsweetened non-dairy milk
Directions
1) Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
