Directions
- Pour 1 cup of water into a small saucepan and sprinkle the powdered gelatin over the surface. Let it sit for 5 minutes. The gelatin will soften and wrinkle.
- Gently warm the mixture over very low heat, stirring or whisking frequently until the gelatin is fully melted, about 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining 1 cup of water and whisk to combine. Lastly, whisk in the collagen and electrolyte powders.
- Pour the mixture into 4 individual cups and add in the mango and/or aloe pulp to each cup if desired. Refrigerate until fully set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
