Kohlrabi, meaning "cabbage turnip," is a cruciferous vegetable in the same family as broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts.
Its mild flavor and firm texture make it delightfully versatile...but we especially love it prepared in the air fryer!
Our Air Fried Kohlrabi makes a delicious and easy side dish that's far better for your body and bones than using the traditional frying method.
Packed with calcium, magnesium, potassium, fiber, and anti-inflammatory fats, you can enjoy this healthy side dish again and again.
