Amazingly tender and surprisingly hearty, you'll forget you're eating a vegetable...plus, these Baked Cauliflower Steaks are loaded with vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber, and anti-inflammatory fats.
This recipe calls for just a few staple ingredients and roasts up quickly either in the conventional oven or air fryer, so preparing and serving it is simple.
We love the ease and taste of these cauliflower steaks...you will, too!
1) Slice cauliflower into 1-inch thick slices cross-wise.
2) In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with garlic powder and paprika.
3) Preheat oven or air-fryer to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cauliflower steaks onto the baking sheet and brush with the olive oil marinade.
4) Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and fork tender.
