TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes

Ingredients

14oz (400g) shredded green and purple cabbage (can use pre-bagged coleslaw mix!)

1/2 small red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup (125ml) cilantro, finely chopped

1/4 cup (62ml) fresh-pressed extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup (62ml) freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tbsp (15ml) honey

1/2 tsp (2ml) sea salt

Directions

1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Toss to combine and let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight before serving!
