Craving the mouth-watering cilantro lime rice served at your favorite Mexican restaurant?
Then you need to try our healthy, bone-boosting version that's loaded with veggies!
Our Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice comes together in just 5 minutes and packs all the flavor of the original rice version, but without the high carbohydrates and grains.
This bright and flavorful side dish is paleo-friendly, keto-friendly, and grain- and gluten-free.
We love pairing it with our favorite wild-caught fish, but any organic source of protein alongside this craveable "cauli-rice" would make it a well-rounded meal.
1) Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil, cauliflower, garlic powder and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until warmed through.
2) Stir in the lime juice and cilantro and enjoy immediately.
