Cilantro Lime Crema | Gluten-Free

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grass-fed whole milk plain Greek yogurt (or plain coconut yogurt)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) avocado mayo (or vegan mayo)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 small clove garlic, peeled
- zest of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Can be eaten with vegetable crudites, tacos, grilled vegetables and steak!
