Cilantro Lime Crema | Gluten-Free

SERVES: 4

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup grass-fed whole milk plain Greek yogurt (or plain coconut yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) avocado mayo (or vegan mayo)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 small clove garlic, peeled
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt
Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Puree until smooth and creamy.
  2. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Can be eaten with vegetable crudites, tacos, grilled vegetables and steak!
