Cucumber Smoked Salmon Rolls | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 2

TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 cucumber, thinly sliced using a vegetable peeler or mandoline

1 tbsp avocado oil mayo (omit for paleo AIP)

90g (3oz) smoked salmon slices

handful fresh basil leaves or sprigs of dill (optional)

Directions

1) Spread a thin layer of mayo onto each slice of cucumber, and layer with smoked salmon and some fresh herbs if using.

2) Curl up the cucumber and enjoy!
