1) Bring a large pot of water to boil. Once boiled, salt water and add okra. Blanch for 2 minutes. Using tongs, transfer to bowl of ice water and cool. Drain and place into a mixing bowl.
2) Slice each okra in half on a diagonal.
3) Toss the okra with coconut aminos, sesame oil and pepper. Serve at room temperature or chilled as a side dish. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds for an added crunch!
