1) Preheat oven to 350F. In a oven safe casserole dish combine the butter and garlic. Place into the oven for 30 seconds, just enough time to melt the butter. Remove the dish from the oven.
2) Add in the shrimp, lemon zest and salt. Toss the shrimp to fully coat, then arrange in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes until shrimp is fully cooked. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh herbs as desired.
