Iced nettle tea with collagen is a tasty and refreshing way to boost your bone health.
Collagen is great for keeping your bones strong and joints flexible, while nettle is packed with essential minerals like calcium and magnesium.
Plus, nettle's anti-inflammatory properties may help with joint pain and mobility.
Just brew some nettle tea, let it cool, stir in Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides and pour it over ice. You can infuse more add-on flavoring to your liking, such as raw honey and lemon zest.
It's a simple, delicious way to give your bones a little extra love!
