Ingredients
  • 5 slices pasture-raised bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) shredded grass-fed cheddar or gouda cheese
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely sliced
Directions
  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon on the stove until crispy. Remove the
    bacon from the pan and transfer onto a plate lined with paper towel.
  2. Add the cauliflower florets to the pan, reducing the heat to medium-low.
    Cook for 2 minutes then add in 2 tbsp water. Continue cooking, stirring
    occasionally until the cauliflower is tender, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked bacon and cheese on top of the cauliflower. Broil on
    high for 2 minutes, until the cheese is nice and bubbly. Garnish with green
    onions and enjoy immediately
