Mouthwatering Meatballs | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 4

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes

Ingredients

1 lb (454g) ground grass-fed lean beef

1/4 lb (113g) grass-fed beef, calf or chicken liver, finely chopped

1/2 cup (125ml) yellow cooking onion, finely diced

1 tbsp (15ml) coconut aminos (or gluten-free tamari)

1 tsp (5ml) smoked paprika (omit for Paleo AIP diet)

1 tsp (5ml) onion powder

1 tsp (5ml) garlic powder

1/2 tsp (2ml) freshly cracked black pepper (omit for Paleo AIP diet)

1 pinch sea salt

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2) In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Form meat mixture into balls, about 1-inch wide or 25 grams.

3) Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
