Napa Cabbage Asian Slaw | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 4

TOTAL TIME: 15 minutes

Ingredients

8 cups (2L) finely shredded napa cabbage

1 cup (250ml) grated carrots

3 stalks finely sliced green onions

1 cup (250ml) cooked organic edamame (omit for Paleo)

1 clove garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp (15ml) grated ginger root

1-2 lime(s), juiced (adjust the acidity based on your palate)

2 tbsp (30ml) coconut aminos

4 tsp (20ml) toasted sesame oil (or avocado oil for Paleo AIP)

1 naval orange, segmented

Directions

1) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together, except for the oranges. Gently toss to combine.

2) Lay the orange segments on top of the salad before serving! Salad will keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
