PREP TIME: 15 minutes

Ingredients

1/4 cup (60ml) hot water

1 scoop Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides

1/3 cup (80ml) freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

1/3 cup (80ml) 100% pure pomegranate juice

6-8 ice cubes

1/2 cup (125ml) sparkling water

Directions

1) Combine collagen and hot water together. Whisk until the collagen powder is fully dissolved.

2) Stir in the grapefruit and pomegranate juice.

3) Divide the juice mixture into two glasses. Add a few ice cubes and top off the glass with sparkling water. Enjoy immediately.
