Shake up your standard salad with our Prune Vinaigrette!
We added prunes to this light and versatile dressing, which adds a notable sweetness and creates a perfectly balanced, flavorful vinaigrette.
Rich in antioxidants, fiber, potassium, vitamin K, and other bone-boosting nutrients, this vinaigrette comes together in under five minutes and requires only a handful of staple ingredients.
Serve it over your favorite lettuce greens, add a source of lean protein like organic chicken or salmon, and you've got yourself a delicious "super salad!"
1) Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add oil, prunes, garlic, and shallots. Saute for 1 minute until garlic is fragrant. Add in the water, vinegar and salt. Cook for another minute.
2) Pour the dressing over your favorite bowl of chopped lettuce or arugula salad!
