Ingredients
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp (10ml) lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp (5ml) sea salt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb (454g) beef striploin steaks, thin cut
Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together the parsley, lemon zest, garlic, salt and olive oil. Set aside. Can refrigerate until needed.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once hot, sear steaks for 2 minutes on either side. Serve immediately with the gremolata.
