Lemon Garlic Chicken | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 4

TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes

Ingredients

1 whole flattened chicken (or 8 skin-on bone-in chicken thighs)

2 tbsp (30ml) fresh-pressed extra virgin olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp (30ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tsp (2ml) dried oregano

1/2 tsp (2ml) sea salt

Directions

1) Combine the oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and salt in a large baking dish and mix together. Coat the chicken in the lemon garlic mixture.

2) Bake in the oven at 375F for 40 minutes. Let the cooked chicken rest for 10 minutes before enjoying.
