Requiring just three ingredients, our Frozen Mango Delight dessert is bright, refreshing, and light – the perfect end to any lunch or dinner.
It also just so happens to be high in bone-boosting protein from Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides and vitamins A, C, K, and folate; and, minerals like potassium and magnesium just to name a few.
1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut milk or other non-dairy milk of choice if Paleo or Paleo AIP (organic, grass-fed, sheep, goat, camel, or cow milk could also be used if tolerated)
Directions
1) In a high powered blender, combine all the ingredients together. Blend on high for 1 minute until the texture reaches a smooth consistency. Serve as is or garnish with toasted unsweetened shredded coconut, nuts or seeds.
