Smashed Burgers with Collagen | Gluten-Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients
Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the ground beef, collagen, coconut aminos and garlic powder.
  2. Separate the beef mixture into 4 portions and form them into patty shapes. Set them aside to rest 10 minutes before cooking.
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Once hot, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on either side, pressing the patty down with the back of a spatula.
  4. Enjoy immediately with your favourite garnishes such as lettuce leaves, caramelized onions, tomato slices, pickles and grainy mustard!
