Bone Coach® Refund Policy

Bone Coach® offers a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of being granted access by emailing customercare@bonecoach.com. Upon approval, your payment will be refunded in full. Refunds are not prorated or calculated based on usage. If a free gift was included and has already been claimed, the value of that gift will be deducted from your refund amount.

For digital courses and other one-time purchases, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

To request a refund, simply email customercare@bonecoach.com and our team will be happy to handle the rest. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.
