Welcome to Bone Coach. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or enrolling in any of our programs. By accessing bonecoach.com, creating an account, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. About Us

Bone Coach LLC ("BoneCoach," “Bone Coach,” "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates at bonecoach.com and offers bone health education, coaching programs, and the Bone Coach Membership — designed to support individuals in improving and maintaining bone health. All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Throughout these Terms, the word "Program" refers collectively to all online educational content, the Bone Coach Membership, live coaching calls, community access, downloadable materials, and any other products or services offered by Bone Coach LLC, whether accessed via bonecoach.com or any associated platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any program, you ("Participant," "Client," or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Educational Nature of Our Programs — Not Medical Advice

Bone Coach is an educational and wellness coaching company, not a medical provider.

The Bone Coach Membership and all content we offer — including videos, articles, coaching calls, course materials, downloads, and community discussions — are intended for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on our website or within our programs constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or a treatment plan.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Program is not intended as a substitute for professional health and wellness training, certification, accreditation, or licensing.
  • Your participation does not independently authorize you to render care, prescribe regimens, or prescribe medications or supplements to others.
  • Your activities in any health and wellness field remain subject to your own education, qualifications, and licensure.
  • The Program does not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or health condition.
  • You should always consult your physician or a licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, supplements, diet, exercise, or lifestyle.
  • You should not disregard, delay, or avoid medical care because of something learned or shared within the Program.
  • Individual results vary. Bone Coach makes no guarantees or warranties regarding specific health outcomes or changes in bone density.
  • Participation in the Program and use of any materials, tools, or suggestions provided is entirely at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By enrolling in any program or creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are accessing our services on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

5. Accounts and Program Access

Access to the Program is granted upon enrollment. Your username and password are for your personal use only and may not be shared with others.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if you violate these Terms, engage in disrespectful or disruptive behavior, attempt to share or misuse program content, or make any statements — public or private — that could be seen as disparaging to the Program, the Company, its representatives, or fellow participants.

6. Membership and Program Content

Bone Coach offers the Bone Coach Membership and digital course content. The following terms apply to all purchases:

6a. Access

Upon enrollment and receipt of payment, you will be granted access to the purchased program or course materials for the period specified at the time of purchase. Membership access is provided on a recurring subscription basis and continues until cancelled in accordance with Section 7.

All participants receive access to a secure online portal with educational videos, tools, downloads, and progress check-ins; live coaching calls with experts and health professionals; and a private community of members also working to build stronger bones.

6b. Personal Use Only

All content and materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, record, teach, or publicly display any content from our programs without our prior written consent.

6c. Program Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue program content at any time. While we make every effort to maintain the quality and completeness of our materials, we do not guarantee that specific content will remain available indefinitely.

7. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

7a. Payments

By providing payment information, you authorize Bone Coach (or its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the amount due at the time of purchase. For subscription-based memberships, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency specified at checkout unless and until you cancel.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect at your next billing cycle for existing members. Notifications of any changes will be communicated prior.

7b. Installment Plans

If you have enrolled using an installment payment plan, you accept full financial responsibility for the total program fee. All installments must be completed in full, even if you do not complete or attend the Program.

7c. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps, or by contacting our support team at customercare@bonecoach.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to membership benefits through the end of that period.

7d. Refunds

Bone Coach offers a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of being granted access by emailing customercare@bonecoach.com. Upon approval, your payment will be refunded in full. Refunds are not prorated or calculated based on usage. If a free gift was included and has already been claimed, the value of that gift will be deducted from your refund amount.

For digital courses and other one-time purchases, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

To request a refund, simply email customercare@bonecoach.com and our team will be happy to handle the rest. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

8. Intellectual Property and License

All content on bonecoach.com and within our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, course materials, worksheets, methodologies, branding, and program design — is the intellectual property of Bone Coach LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your own personal, educational purposes for the duration of your participation in the Program. You agree that:

  • You will use your best efforts to uphold and protect the reputation, goodwill, and integrity of the Program and Company.
  • You will not dispute or challenge the Company's ownership rights to any program materials or the validity of the license granted herein.
  • You will not harm, misuse, dilute, or bring into disrepute the Program, the Company, its content, or the name, likeness, or image of Kevin Ellis.
  • You will not sublicense, reproduce, distribute, modify, record, teach, share, sell, or adapt any part of the Program in any form without express written authorization from Bone Coach LLC.
  • You may not represent to others that you have any rights to use, teach, resell, or distribute program materials beyond the personal use authorized by these Terms.

This license does not grant you any legal or equitable right, title, or interest in the Company's trademarks, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets, methodologies, branding, name, likeness, or any other proprietary rights, or in any derivative works or adaptations of the Program.

The Company reserves the right to review, restrict, or revoke any use of program materials it deems inconsistent with these Terms, and to pursue injunctive relief or other legal remedies for any actual or threatened violation.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Company methods, materials, and business practices, as well as the comments, experiences, and stories shared by other members during live calls or within the community.

You are free to share your own personal experience and results publicly. However, you may not share, reference, or disclose the experiences, names, or statements — oral or written — of any other participant without their explicit consent.

10. User Conduct

By using our services, including community features, coaching calls, or forums, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Share, resell, or redistribute any program materials
  • Post or transmit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or harmful
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
  • Collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent
  • Use our platform to promote competing products or services without our permission
  • Make disparaging statements — public or private — about the Program, the Company, its representatives, or fellow participants

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without notice and at our sole discretion.

11. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our website and programs may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources for informational purposes. These links do not constitute an endorsement, and Bone Coach has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bone Coach makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any program materials, and does not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bone Coach disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bone Coach LLC, its owners, officers, affiliates, contractors, team members, and licensors shall not be liable under any circumstances — including negligence — for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your participation in or inability to use the Program
  • Your reliance on any information, communications, videos, downloads, community posts, or coaching provided
  • Any third-party products, tools, websites, or services mentioned or linked within the Program
  • Any actions or statements made by other participants or Program members

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree that Bone Coach LLC is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any Program participant, and that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is to discontinue participation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bone Coach LLC, its owners, officers, employees, coaches, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15a. Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at customercare@bonecoach.com to attempt informal resolution. You also agree not to make any public statements, social media posts, or published complaints about a dispute before engaging in private resolution efforts.

15b. Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising under or relating to these Terms or your participation in the Program shall be submitted to binding arbitration in St. Louis, Missouri, in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

15c. No Class Actions

You agree that disputes may only be resolved on an individual basis. You may not bring any claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or group proceeding unless all parties explicitly consent in writing after arbitration has been initiated.

This arbitration clause shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to BoneCoach, its community, or other members. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our refund policy above.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at customercare@bonecoach.com.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms provided at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bone Coach LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
