Our hearty, flavorful version of classic stuffing is made with vegetables (versus bread), which provide a hefty dose of B, C, and K vitamins, and minerals manganese, magnesium, and potassium.
You and your holiday guests won't be able to get enough of this satisfying, super delicious stuffing...
1) Preheat oven to 425F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Transfer onto the lined baking sheet and spread the mixture in a single layer.
2) Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are golden and fork tender!
