Holiday Cauliflower Stuffing | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes

SERVES: 4

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes

Ingredients

1 lb (454g or 1 medium head) cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1 onion, small diced

2 carrots, peeled and small diced

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

6 strips of reduced sodium organic, uncured bacon, roughly chopped

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp mixed dried herbs (thyme / oregano / rosemary / sage / dill)

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 425F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Transfer onto the lined baking sheet and spread the mixture in a single layer.

2) Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are golden and fork tender!
