A perfect balance of tender sauteed cabbage, chewy konjac (or kelp) noodles, nutty caramelized garlic, and bright ginger, our Stir-Fry is so good that you might forget it's LOADED with bone-healthy nutrients, like folate, potassium, manganese, calcium, and vitamin C.

Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) avocado oil (or fresh pressed extra virgin olive oil)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) gingerroot, finely minced
- 6 cups (1.4 L) shredded napa cabbage
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) sea salt
- 200g (7 oz) shirataki konjac noodles or kelp noodles if on Paleo diet
- 2 tsp (10 ml) coconut aminos (can be substituted for gluten-free tamari or fish sauce)
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add in the oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant then add in the cabbage and salt. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Add in the noodles, coconut aminos and white pepper.
- Continue cooking for 5 minutes until cabbage is just tender.
