2 tbsp (30 ml) mini extra dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs or carob chips for AIP diet
Directions
1) In a high powered blender, combine the nuts, collagen, coconut oil and maple syrup. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
2) Transfer contents into a bowl and stir in the coconut flour and chocolate chips. Spoon mixture into a mini cupcake silicone tray. Alternatively you can shape into small 1-inch balls and lay on a baking tray. Place the cookie dough bites in the freezer for 2-4 hours until set.
3) Enjoy straight from the freezer. To store, place the cooking dough bites in an air-tight container. Can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
