Ingredients

1/2 cup sliced cucumber, skin on

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 tsp lime zest

1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 cup frozen organic chopped kale

10-20g scoop Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides

1/2 cup unsweetened fortified coconut beverage*

Ingredient Notes

*For SCD replace with 6 soaked cashews and 1/2 water

Directions

1) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
