Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125ml) raw cashew nuts, soaked and drained
- 200g (7oz) boiled beetroot (can buy store-bought vacuum packed boiled beets)
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp (30ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
- Small handful of fresh dill (optional)
- 1 tsp (5ml) sea salt
- 2 scoops (26g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve with vegetables, seed crackers or spread on your favourite bread!
