Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) raw cashew nuts, soaked and drained
  • 200g (7oz) boiled beetroot (can buy store-bought vacuum packed boiled beets)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • Small handful of fresh dill (optional)
  • 1 tsp (5ml) sea salt
  • 2 scoops (26g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides
Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with vegetables, seed crackers or spread on your favourite bread!
