Looking for an indulgent dinner idea that's good for your body and bones?
This is it!
Our French Onion Chicken Bake is a protein-rich reinterpretation of the classic favorite, French Onion Soup. In our version, the caramelized onions and tender chicken thighs are a delicious, filling combination that's hard to resist...
The good news is you don't have to! It's gluten-free, low carb- and keto-friendly, and it's loaded with bone-boosting protein, health-promoting amino acids, and inflammation-fighting antioxidants.
We love to serve this with mashed cauliflower, but any vegetable would make a wonderful side dish.
