Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free | BoneCoach™ Recipes
SERVES: 8
TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup (60ml) tahini (look for sprouted sesame butter if possible)
1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced
3 tbsp (45ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp (15ml) fresh-pressed extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt
2-3 tbsp (30-45ml) cold water
Directions
1) Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
2) Pour over your favorite bowl of salad greens or roasted vegetable medley, or use in wraps and sandwiches! Dressing will keep in the fridge for 5 days.
