James Barry has over 16 years of experience in the culinary field, beginning as a private chef for celebrities such as Tom Cruise, Mariska Hargitay, George Clooney, Gerard Butler, Barbra Streisand, and John Cusack. Most recently, he launched Pluck, the first organ-based seasoning of its kind—an easy and delicious way to incorporate nutrient-rich organ meats into everyday meals.

In addition to his culinary expertise, James is a published cookbook author. He co-authored the recipes in Margaret Floyd’s Eat Naked and Dr. Alejandro Junger’s Clean 7 and authored The Naked Foods Cookbook. He is also the host of the Everyday Ancestral podcast.
