Avocado Dill Dressing | Gluten-Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients
- 1 hass avocado, peeled and sliced
- 3 tbsp (45ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh dill
- 3/4 cup (180ml) water
- 1/4 tsp (1ml) sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1ml) freshly ground black pepper (can be omitted for Paleo AIP)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth and creamy.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Can be tossed over your favourite blend of greens, or used as a veggie or chip dip.
