Chocolate Collagen Mug Cake | Gluten-Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 tbsp (37ml) cassava flour
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) raw cacao powder (or carob powder)
  • 1 scoop (13g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5ml) baking soda
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) avocado oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
Directions
  1. In a measuring cup, whisk together all the ingredients.
  2. Pour batter into a large mug and microwave on high for 60-75 seconds. Alternatively, you can pour the batter into a 6oz ramekin and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
