Chocolate Hazelnut Collagen Mousse | Gluten-Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (500ml) plant-based milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) whole chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) pure maple syrup
  • 2 scoops (26g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptdes
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) sprouted hazelnut butter
  • 2 tsp (10ml) pure vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Add all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the mousse into 4 glasses and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before enjoying. Feel free to garnish with fresh berries and chocolate shavings!
