Chocolate Hazelnut Collagen Mousse | Gluten-Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500ml) plant-based milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup (125ml) whole chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (60ml) raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup (60ml) pure maple syrup
- 2 scoops (26g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptdes
- 2 tbsp (30ml) sprouted hazelnut butter
- 2 tsp (10ml) pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Add all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the mousse into 4 glasses and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before enjoying. Feel free to garnish with fresh berries and chocolate shavings!
