Collagen-Infused Chai Frappe | Gluten-Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients
  • 3 bags rooibos chai (or 1 tbsp loose leaf)
  • 1 cup (250ml) hot water
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1oz (30g) raw macadamia nuts, soaked for 4-6 hours or overnight
  • 1 cup (250ml) ice cubes
  • 2 scoops (26g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides
Directions
  1. Steep the rooibos tea for 20 minutes. Chill the tea in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, macadamia nuts, ice cubes, collagen and chilled tea. Blend until creamy and smooth.
