Ingredients
- 1 cup (250ml) milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup (60ml) pumpkin puree (homemade or canned)
- 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup (for keto, can substitute with monkfruit sweetener)
- 2 scoops (26g) Healthy Bones Co. Collagen Peptides
- 1 tsp (5ml) pumpkin pie spice (for AIP diet, replace with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 cup (8floz) freshly brewed coffee (or herbal coffee substitute for AIP, black tea or hot cocoa)
Directions
- In a blender combine the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, collagen, and pumpkin spice. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You have just made yourself a pumpkin spiced creamer! This creamer can be used for cold brew coffee or warmed up to make a delicious latte! In this case, we will go ahead and warm up the creamer in a milk frother or on the stove-top.
- Divide the coffee into two cups and top with the warmed pumpkin spiced creamer. Enjoy immediately!
