1) Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add in the oil and fish. Season with salt and pepper. Sear for 3 minutes.
2) Flip over and add in the garlic, dill and cream. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. Remove lid, and cook for another minute to reduce the sauce. Carefully transfer onto a plate and enjoy immediately!
