French Omelette with a Twist | Gluten-Free

Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together the collagen and milk. Then add in the eggs and salt. Whisk well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once warm, add the butter or ghee and swirl until melted. Carefully pour in the egg mixture and using a spatula, gently swirl around the egg.
- Let the egg cook for 1 minute until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft. Remove the pan from heat and carefully roll the egg into a log and transfer onto a plate. Feel free to garnish with freshly chopped herbs, and serve with a side of vegetables.
