Ingredients

1 cup (250ml) frozen fruit of your choice (whole strawberries, melon wedges, mango halves, peach, nectarine, orange, kiwi, papaya or pineapple spears)

Directions

1) Using a microplane, grate your frozen fruit into a bowl!

2) Feel free to drizzle some milk or non-dairy beverage and garnish with toppings like toasted coconut or crushed nuts if desired. Enjoy immediately!
